Anyone know what time it starts? We are getting tons of messages... This year's parade will start from the 17th and Holmes Avenues. The parade travels down 17th Ave to Pennsylvania. Left on Pennsylvania Ave to 13th Ave. Right on 13th Ave to Lincoln Ave left on Lincoln Ave. to 11th Ave. At this point, the Youth on Parade entries will join the Main Parade. The combined Parade will continue down Lincoln Avenue to 10th Avenue; Right on 10th Avenue to Park Square; continuing around Park Square to the Park entrance on 9th Avenue at Prospect Avenue.
